At Turtle Tots we are always listening to our customers, to continually provide the best swimming experience possible. In 2018 we commissioned a specialist market research agency to conduct extensive customer research and identify how we could add further value to our lessons.
A surprising conclusion was reached. Parents love our lessons, but more than 25% of parents that attend are single, and bring their child to Turtle Tots lessons hoping to meet a potential partner.
Despite apps being a huge part of everyday life, our research found that Turtle Tots parents didn’t want to shell out for a dating app, preferring to attend Turtle Tots lessons instead.
Working with Oxford University’s leading psychologists and the UK’s most progressive app developers, Turtle Tots has created the Turtle Totty dating app, and we are now looking for 100 customers to throw themselves in the deep end and trial the app, before it’s launched nationally.
When setting up a profile, the Turtle Totty app prompts users to not only complete their personal profile, but also details of their children’s swimming ability.
