Turtle Tots West Kent
Welcome to Turtle Tots West Kent!
We offer fun, friendly, child-led baby and toddler swimming lessons in pools across West Kent including Sevenoaks and Orpington. We teach babies from birth (depending on pool) and you can join us any time up until they start school.
Our classes introduce your little one to the water and teach them water confidence and safety skills, as well as starting them off with basic swimming techniques. Our lessons are all child-led so they are never forced to do anything they don’t want to do and they can progress at a pace that is right for them. We will always try and find a class that is suitable for their developmental stage (so you don’t have to start at the beginning with your older baby or toddler). We use lots of games, toys and songs, so it is a lovely fun way to spend half an hour with your little person.
Our dedicated team of teachers are as highly trained as they can possibly be to ensure that all of the skills and techniques we’re using in the pool are based on the latest research to provide your baby with the best start in the water. We can’t wait to welcome you and your little ones to our classes very soon!

Hi, my name is Kate and I am so pleased to welcome you to Turtle Tots West Kent! You can find us teaching specialist baby and toddler swimming classes in and around the Sevenoaks area.
I started taking my little one to Turtle Tots classes back in 2014 and absolutely loved it and after spending years in the corporate world I decided to set up Turtle Tots West Kent in 2015. I thoroughly enjoyed swimming classes with my daughter, watching her grow and develop whilst learning such an important life skill was amazing and such a lovely bonding experience!
Our child led approach means that little ones are taught at a pace that is right for them Teaching in a happy, relaxed and fun environment makes the experience enjoyable and meaningful for everyone.
