Turtle Tums is the ideal way to prepare your body and mind for the arrival of your new baby. Lessons offer the benefits of stretching, relaxation and deep breathing, using buoyancy and water resistance. Mums-to-be can join our lessons from 14 weeks of pregnancy onwards, and regardless of fitness level, yoga experience and swimming ability.
