**Important** Everlast Fitness is due to go through a 2 week long exciting refurb. Their start date is tbc, but estimated to be in 2024. We will run lessons & take bookings as normal but please be aware there may be short notice 2 week long break. No lessons will be cancelled, their date will just change.

Everlast Fitness is situated in Capital Retail Park, very close to Cardiff City Football Stadium and is very accessible from the A4232. Everlast Fitness is gym with a hidden gem of a 20 metre pool. With a fully equipped gym, spin/studio rooms & steam room it makes for a very popular venue among our customers (we also offer 20% off for Everlast Fitness members!). Not to mention being walking distance from Mamas & Papas, Asda, Costco, Costa/Starbucks etc

Parking

Large outdoor car park available. Free up to 3 hours (90 mins on match days), if you feel you will be staying for longer, you can log your car registration at reception. Although there is ample spaces, on match days, it can be quite tricky with traffic, so please plan accordingly.

Changing Rooms

There is both male & female changing areas with an open plan, along with cushioned benches. There is only 1 family changing room and naturally is popular among new customers, so our advice is to decide who's doing the job beforehand. There is also showers and toilets. In addition, the safest place to change your baby is on the floor and we recommend you bring your travel changing mat with you although there is one baby changing facility in each changing room. We'll have one travel cot in both changing rooms where babies can play safely once dressed whilst mummies/daddies get changed.
