Fontwell Hydrotherapy pool is a lovely temperature of 33/34 degrees.
Fontwell Physiotherapy pool is a fantastic pool where we are delighted to be able offer, Baby swimming, toddler swimming and Aqua Natal Yoga Classes. At Fontwell you do not have to be a swimmer to be able to enjoy any of our lessons as the pool is a nice depth so you can exercise within your depth. There are male and female changing areas both with showers. Fontwell also offers sufficient parking for all of our classes and we have sole use of the pool for the duration of all of our classes. At the moment we are very lucky to swim here Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. At Fontwell you do not have to be a swimmer to be able to enjoy any of our lessons as the pool is a nice depth so you can exercise within your depth.

All of our pools operate a double nappy system. This is either a reusable or disposable swim nappy with a neoprene nappy on top. We are very happy for swimming suits to go on top of these if you so wish (There are some very cute ones!) but you do not have to.
