Turtle Tots Cheshire
Welcome to Turtle Tots Cheshire and to our unique, gentle, nurturing and fun baby and toddler swimming program. Swimming with us is not only an enriching experience for both you and your little one, spending quality time in the water together, it also teaches essential life skills and aids the way babies and toddlers learn skills out of the pool too. Our classes incorporate bonding and socialising and most importantly, they are lots of fun, with you in the water together! We are amongst the top leading swim schools in the UK, our teachers are trained to the highest possible level in the industry, which includes study around cognitive development and communication. We have extremely high levels of professionalism, no one works harder than our teachers to make sure you and your little one feel happy and safe in and out of the water.
Where our timetable allows, we can offer Turtle Tums, our specialist aqua-natal yoga programme. It’s the ideal way to prepare your body and mind for the arrival of your new baby. Lessons offer the benefits of stretching, relaxation and deep breathing, using buoyancy and water resistance. Mums-to-be can join our lessons from 12 weeks of pregnancy onwards, and regardless of fitness level, yoga experience and swimming ability. Turtle Tums lessons make full use of the properties of water for fitness, wellbeing and therapeutic qualities, and the benefits to you and your baby are numerous.
Welcome to Turtle Tots Cheshire
Hi, I’m Hannah, owner of Turtle Tots Cheshire. I am delighted to offer child-led baby/ preschool swimming and aqua natal lessons to you across Cheshire. A local business with a national, award winning brand, who are proud to be able to offer high quality lessons with some of the most highly qualified teachers in the industry.
We have a dedicated team of teachers – Hannah, Amanda and Jen who are as highly trained as possible. Ensuring that the skills and techniques we practice in the pool are based on the latest research to provide your little one with the best start in the water. We are tuned into the way your little one communicates at these early stages of their life, allowing each child to progress at their own pace and do the things they are happy to do. Lessons do include natural submersions but only once your little one is ready and choosing to do them. This is especially important to us and will help to develop a life-long love of the water.
Our half hour lessons allow for a unique bonding opportunity with your little one and the time you spend in the water, both learning together, will enable you to practice all the fundamental skills needed to learn to swim.
Our classes familiarise your little one with the water, teaching them water confidence and safety skills, as well as starting them off with basic swimming techniques
