Our baby swimming classes at Everlast Carlisle are available on Monday afternoon, Friday mornings and Saturday mornings. The pool is a lovely setting for our classes. The swimming pool is located within the health club and we have a roped off section to use for our baby swimming, toddler swimming and preschool swimming lessons.
The main pool is heated to between 29-30 degrees. It’s strongly recommended that babies under 12 months wear a baby warm suit or wetsuit, which can be purchased when booking.
Our class capacity here is 9 adult & baby pairs.
Whilst we can only have 1 adult in the pool, there is also seating around the pool for spectators, and lots of parents swap in the pool each week so they both get to swim with their little ones.
