Turtle Tots use the Hydrotherapy pool 3 times a week on evenings after school. It’s great to be able to let the pool out to a group that brings a lot of benefits to babies and toddlers learning to swim and feel the benefits of water activities.
The income from the hire is also really beneficial to the school as it means that the monies are used help to support the extended opportunities for the children at Hadrian. It’s lovely to see the families and children coming into school. We have been working with Turtle Tots for many years and we have a very good working relationship. There are occasions when we have issues with the pool and the group are really understanding of the issues.
We always try to give them the opportunity to make up session where we can. We just wish we could hire more to the group but hopefully this will be possible when our new pool is built.
I would definitely recommend Turtle Tots to other establishments, they are very respectful of the facilities and ensure the pool is clean and tidy when they leave. The tutors are very friendly and forthcoming and we work well with all of them.
