Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is by Royal Mail second class post.
Standard shipping for orders for a single Happy Nappy, Happy Nappy Duo, or Reusable Under Nappy is £0.99
Standard shipping for all other orders up to a value of £49.99 is £2.99.
Standard shipping for orders of £50 or more is free of charge.
Express shipping is available for £4.99 for all orders.
REFUNDS POLICY
In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or faulty item, call our supplier Splash About on 01472 236465: or email shop@turtletots.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please quote your order number and we will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
