General Overview

ATTIRE/CHILD SWIMWEAR

All babies are required to wear a swim nappy and then a Happy nappy over the top creating our Double Nappy Policy.  As well as this, all children under 2 years are also required to wear a Baby Wrap or Warm in one wetsuit.  These items can be viewed and purchased on the Turtle Tots Shop.

 

HEALTH & SAFETY

Please supervise your child at all times.  Swimming pool changing rooms and poolside floors can become slippery.  We advise to change babies on changing mats on the floor due to falling risk from benches.

Parking

Parking is free of charge, please park in the visitors car park. Buggies/carseats - there is little space to accommodate car seats, buggies or pushchairs at this venue. If you do bring one, please leave it under the stairs in the foyer and do not take into the changing rooms.

Changing Rooms

Changing rooms - The large Disabled/Family room here is provided for use by Turtle Tots customers and can accommodate a maximum of 3x ladies only and their babies. It's advisable to bring a changing mat and a towel to change your baby on the floor. We supply a fantastic "Roll and Go" changing mat for this purpose. There is 1 pull down baby changer in the disabled/family room. When the Disabled changing room is full, the main changing rooms can be used. There is a pull down baby changer in the right hand corner of the main changing room. There are lockers to store your belongings in, you just need to enter a 4 digit code to use these. Can all men use the male changing room. Shoes - No shoes are to be worn poolside to keep the pool area nice and clean. If using the disabled/Family changing room please remove shoes before entering and leave these in the hallway.
