Turtle Tots Surrey and North Hampshire
Hi, my name is Rachel and I have been the proud owner of Turtle Tots Surrey since 2014.
My love of all things water started from days spent sitting on the bottom of the pool with my father, to ploughing up and down doing lengths and spinning round and upside down as a GB synchronised swimmer. Water is my element, I feel completely at home in it.
Within my working career, I have also kept with the aquatic theme. Having a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science, I have worked in exercise physiology, coaching and performance lifestyle roles within GB Swimming, Disability Swimming and Synchronised Swimming.
I teach because I want to pass on a valuable lifesaving skill, I want pass on the magic of water by providing fun and progressive lessons, and one day you never know but your little Turtle Tot could be the next Olympic Champion!
I have grown and developed the business over the years and have an amazing team of teachers around me. We are all trained (or training) to the highest level possible for our industry (STA level 3 Diploma in Aquatic Teaching for Baby and Pre-school). We all hold the STA Safety Award (lifesaving) for teachers, safeguarding training and are DBS checked regularly.
I'm Rachel and I run Turtle Tots Surrey. I am a fully qualified teacher and coach, and am currently leading on the administration side of the business. I have 2 teenage boys now (!) and I love open water swimming, cycling, yoga and synchro swimming!
I'm Viktoria and I have been a Baby and Pre-School swimming teacher since 2015 and worked for Turtle Tots since 2017. I have two lovely daughters (one of them is still a Turtle Tot) and a very talented photographer husband. I love skiing!
I'm Juliet and I have worked for Turtle Tots for 18 months but have been a fully qualified swimming teacher for 15 years in different settings. I have 3 children and love long walks in the countryside and reading a good book!
I'm Vicky, a mum of 2 and have been an STA qualified baby and preschool swimming teacher since August 2018, and I started working for Turtle Tots in Feb 2019. I absolutely love teaching; the most rewarding part for me is watching children progress.
I'm Fiona, and I moved to Farnham in 2019 and joined Turtle Tots as a fully qualified swimming teacher. I started life as an HR Recruitment/Manager, but decided to retrain as a baby swimming teacher after enjoying taking my babies to classes.
