Terms & Conditions: Turtle Tots x Grüum Competition

1. Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Turtle Tots, Grüum, their families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Entry Period: The competition opens on January 30th, 2026, and closes at 23:59 GMT on February 28th, 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the online form and correctly answer the question: “What is the name of the Turtle Tots mascot?” Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. The Prize: The prize consists of one full term of baby, toddler, or preschool swimming lessons at a Turtle Tots location of the winner’s choice, subject to availability at that specific franchise.
   • The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
   • The prize does not include travel expenses, swimming nappies, or any additional equipment.
5. Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all correct entries within 7 days of the closing date.
6. Notification: The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Turtle Tots reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
7. Data Protection: By entering, you agree that Turtle Tots may use your personal data to administer the competition. If you have opted-in to receive marketing communications, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability: Lessons are subject to the schedule and term dates of the chosen Turtle Tots location. The winner may need to wait until the start of a new term to redeem their prize.
