Baby Swimming Lessons – Turtle Tots Edinburgh – Pool – Braidburn

Braidburn is a hydrotherapy pool, kept at 34-35 degrees, ideal for small babies. The size of the pool also allows for progression right through all of our levels. The pool is situated in South Edinburgh and access is through the main reception area.

Classes are held on Saturday afternoons.

As well as our Baby Level 1 classes which you can book online, we also have at Braidburn on Saturday afternoons, Baby and Toddler classes for 1-3 year olds (approx), and Big Swimmer classes for 4-5 year olds who have already done lots of swimming, so if you are looking for a class for these age groups then please GET IN TOUCH and we’ll help you with your booking enquiry.

Parking

Parking on school grounds is permitted and there is also unrestricted parking available immediately outside the school grounds, though this should not normally be necessary.

Changing Rooms

Braidburn has both male and female changing areas, with cubicles within, and which access the poolside directly. There are no designated baby changing tables however, and so the safest place to change your baby is on the floor. We therefore recommend you bring your travel changing mat. There are showers and a toilet in both male and female changing rooms, and there is also a disabled WC off poolside.
