Our baby swimming classes at Ashurst Lodge are available on a Monday, Wednesday and Saturday afternoon and a Tuesday morning. The pool is a lovely setting for our classes and we have sole use of the pool while we are there.
The swimming pool is a beautiful warm pool, located within the grounds of The Wessex Institute and Turtle Tots have exclusive use for our baby swimming, toddler swimming and preschool swimming lessons. The main pool is heated to between 30.5-31 degrees which is perfect for our classes.
Our class capacity here is 7 adult & child pairs.
Whilst we can only have 1 adult in the pool, there is also seating around the pool for spectators, and lots of parents swap in the pool each week so they both get to swim with their little ones.
Ashurst Lodge is located just off of the A35. It is easily accessible from Lyndhurst, Totton, Marchwood and surrounding New Forest villages.

General Overview
Ashurst lodge is a beautiful private pool perfect for your lessons. Located just off of the A35. It is easily accessible from Lyndhurst, Totton, Marchwood and surrounding New Forest villages.
Babies under 3 months old are recommended to wear a warmsuit for added warmth in the water.
Maximum 7 babies to a class
This pool is on the deeper side so is not recommended for those under 5 ft 2.
